Custom 1:1 Leadership Coaching Programs

  • Build your custom 1:1 leadership coaching program for a group of leaders looking to develop strategic leadership skills.

    Our most popular program is a 6-month coaching engagement with a one-hour monthly coaching retainer that can be broken into two 30-minute or one-hour calls.

    Cohort sizes span from 5-40 leaders, we do not require minimum participation and instead, look for leaders who have an impactful focus for coaching.

  • Create a custom 1:1 leadership coaching program to fit the unique needs of your individual leaders.

    For more senior leaders or those who need greater investment, we customize the duration and frequency of the calls and offer assessments to deepen the exploration or learning.

Group Coaching

  • For leaders looking to explore their individual goals and desired outcomes in a supportive group environment facilitated by a certified coach.

  • In group coaching, we recommend 5-12 participants, a custom intake process, and a series of sessions to achieve the desired outcomes.

Assessments

  • Assessments are used to set a meaningful coaching focus or deepen the exploration process.

    At a minimum, we customize our intake assessments depending on the goals of the program. To create more exploration in the initial goal for coaching, to offer deeper awareness for the coachee, or to measure progress in the program we can provide a variety of additional assessments.

    We can also customize our process to utilize existing internal assessments.

Training and workshops

Talent Praxis offers hands-on virtual instruction via coach-led training, group workshops, and one-on-one training to help your managers and leaders learn to practice key management and leadership tools. Virtual training options are available to serve professionals anywhere.

  • Learn how to utilize key management and leadership tools and turn theory into practice. Participants will leave with tangible actions to test new practices to achieve their goals.

    Workshops are completed in a virtual, group setting. Workshops are designed to focus 70% on instruction and learning and 30% on group discussion, questions, and role-playing.

  • Deep dive into a particular management or leadership tool. Participants will review the tool ahead of the session and focus time on how to best apply the resource to achieve their individual goals.

    Trainings are completed in a virtual, group setting. Trainings are designed to focus 10% on instruction and 90% on group discussion, questions, and role-playing.

  • Work one-on-one with an instructor on any of our core management and leadership tools. Partner with your instructor to determine a custom approach to training to achieve your goals.

    Unlike coaching, one-on-one training is 80% directive and 20% partnering where the instructor is leading content, but will partner with the trainee on an impactful agenda.
